  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays


Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 working days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances


International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 working days after dispatch

  • International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier services, and destination country regulations


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Product weight

  • Delivery location (domestic or international)

  • Applicable courier and logistics charges

The final delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer


Damaged Packages During Shipping

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the package before opening

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at origin.avira@gmail.com
