Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unused and undamaged

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please note that due to the nature of decor products, returns for change of mind or personal preference may not be accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


How to Start a Return

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The outer packaging (if damaged)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

  • Items reported after the 7-day return window

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

As many of our products involve 3D printed and crafted decor, slight variations in texture or finish are considered normal and are not treated as defects.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return request is approved, you may place a new order separately for a replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
